To Avoid Unnecessary Fees And Charges, Please Review Terms & Conditions Below For List Of Items That Are Allowed In Our Dumpsters As Well As Weight Limits.

Terms
- The customer accepts full responsibility for contents in dumpster and agrees to additional charges if the dumpster box contains unacceptable materials. See list of unacceptable materials below.
- Customer is responsible for acquiring permits where applicable. Dumpsters on private property typically do not need dumpster permits, but dumpsters that are to be placed on public property will generally require a permit. Please see the Delivery Guidelines for details.
- Do not overload dumpster past the top of the sides. Overloading the dumpster may lead to debris flying of and potentially injuring others or causing property damage.
- Excessive overloading will result in Please be mindful as to not past the weight limits. If we have to remove items due to Excessive Overloading, there will be a $50 labor Charge to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for having an accessible and clear path for drop-off, loading & unloading of the dumpster. Please note that if we are not able to pick up, or drop-off the dumpster due to blocked approaches or blocked containers, a $100 trip fee will apply.
- Steadfast dumpsters is not responsible for driveways, water lines, trees, grass or property damage. We will drop-off dumpsters where customer directs us to place the dumpsters. Our dumpsters are “driveway safe” in that they have wheels, preventing damage to customer’s driveway. We will only place dumpsters in compact areas at owner’s discretion.
- Customer will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, contact us 24 hrs before delivery date.
- A fee of $10 per day will be assessed after the three day rental expires. Please contact us if you need additional time with the rental dumpster.
- There is a $35 service charge for all returned checks.

- Large amounts of concrete or shingles should be placed in a separate container, and should not be filled more than halfway of the dumpster. Please contact us for consultation regarding disposal of these materials **
Mattresses & Tires
Landfills/Transfer stations charge extra for mattresses and tires. We can haul these items on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you intend to get rid of these items.
